Intro Courses – 2 private/semi-private lessons – only $19.95 (new students by appointment only)
Fight Club – For fighters or those with aspirations to fight.  Must be Level 3 or higher to attend.

Private Lessons & Personal Training –Private lessons are designed for students seeking more personalized, accelerated training. It has been shown that private lesson students progress three times faster then students who rely on group lessons alone. Private lessons with Tim Mousel are thirty to sixty minutes and are scheduled during the day or evening at your convenience. Private lessons range from $38.00 (30 minutes) to $75.00 (one hour) per session. Private group rates and package rates also available.

Instructor certifications awarded from the Inosanto International Martial Art Instructor Association, Thaiboxing Association of the USA, Jun Fan/JKD Grappling Association, Minnesota Kali Group, Dubuque Martial Arts Group and Erik Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling.
Belt rankings from Rickson Gracie, American Jiu-Jitsu Association and Leonardo Xavier, Leonardo Xavier's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
