Schools in Nashville TN?
Greetings,
Can anyone recomend a good fight school in the Nashville TN area? I've been doing karate for a few monthes at the David Deaton school and while it's a great work out the fight training is a joke.
I'm not picky about styles as long as its realistic. I have checked out the Nashville Mixed Martial Arts Academy (head instructor Ed Clay) and liked what I saw. Is anyone familiar with this school?
