er........... not sure about websites but I could give you some exercises.

SHOULDERS (deltoids): not really sure
BICEPS: pull ups chin ups, TRICEPS: dips and pushups LEGS: calf raise, squat, jumping squat, CHEST: parrelel dips and pressups (INBETWEEN chairs ) abs: too many to say.

there is a great book called dynamic strength by harry wong seriously its really good
