Bodyweight only exercises can give you most of what you need. I agree with Adacas about adding some plyometrics, when you have a really solid foundation built up. That web site looks pretty good. You might want to check out Rossboxing.com. This dude Ross is a boxer and trainer and has written several VERY good books about conditioning/training for combat atheletes. One of them is titled "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness" and is all about a kick ass workout using mostly your own body weight. Well worth the price (around $30 U.S.) and Ross personally answers all e-mail questions about training and what-not. A VERY good resource. I highly recommend it.
