I was thinking of begin to put in tire hitting in my training, I have fixed the tired and everything but I have a couple of questions thou
The onle thread that meantion this subject at all is this
IRON BAR TRAINING /STICK POWER TRAINING
But it wasn't what I was looking for
How much ( in minutes) should I train, how many days a week etc..
How to hit to avoid damage my wrist?
Any thought of this is of interest.
