I'll answer these according to the degree level that i reached in practicing Kungfu:
1. Against non-kungfu martial arts that uses mostly STRAIGHT PUNCHES like (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, etc...)
a. Tai Chi Chuan
b. Tan Tui
c. Pa Kua
d. Seventh Star Praying Mantis
e. Southern Style Praying Mantis
f. Angka / Arhats / Lohan
etc.....
2. Against non-kungfu martial arts that uses mostly NONE-STRAIGHT PUNCHES like (Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, etc.....)
a. Chi Dian Bun
b. Wing Chun
c. Ngo Cho Kun
d. Hsing-I Chuan
etc.......
