If you think two guys working the ground is boring, then you shouldn't invest your time in Pride or UFC... But for some of us, watching the intricacies of a grappling match is exciting.

Thanks for the info.

I am not saying that grappling does not take skill... I know I sure as hell couldn't do it as well as those guys. Watching two guys go for a submission is like watching paint dry, though, if you're not a grappler. I will be taking some grappling/submission classes very soon and I'm sure I'll gain more of an appreciation for it. Still, I don't think there is anything more exciting than a high-speed striking match... even if you are a grappler
