Good question. The old curriculum tapes are valid for training, but the new testing procedure is based much more on watching and evaluating your performance in the different ranges. In other words, instead of sending in a tape with the various techniques for each phase, plus a little resistance training, the playing of the games in all the ranges will be the main determining factor. You will apply your techniques, at low intensity, against a partner who is playing too. This way I can better help you advance. I will be looking for certain techniques to see what is being applied.
