Perhaps, but I think we discussed this on another thread. Rickson stated he adapted I find it very difficult to believe that he could simply walk into wrestling and wina national title with no wrestling training. These are usually not just open evets but ties to hs/college teams. Even if it were open tourney if would be too difficult to just flipa switch and say "OK now I will wrestle" Sambo, or judo I would still say the same thing but I could rationalize that. Again, he stated he ONLY studied GJJ and now we learn that was not true so it is not a stretch to he learned wrestling even if it was from one of teh judo students he had to lern from somewhere.
