get a skipping rope AND some music. remember be mentally active aswell. get a nice bassy or fast tempo song and crank the volume to 10(or max) and let it rip. if ure gonna start skipping try it infront of the mirror at first (everytime if ure rich enough to install a full size mirror) it really helps to see your foot work and stop the mistakes. also (NOT BEING OFFENSIVE) happens to me seeing your self in the mirror motivates your self aswell.
