I have just started in JKD training but all is there..... i notice the way i sit down for the past 3 years and i now realize it is jkd for sitting down....with my left arm against my left ribs and covering the groin and the other arm also along my ribs with my hand on my leg, usually sitting my loosened fist on my leg, and both my feet are on the balls and im constantly shifting my weight between the two, ready to jump in with spring action any minute......i will be a master soon.....if you could e-mail me at
