ive used tiger balm. i have bad shoulders and one time i felt a huge ass pop in one of them when i threw a punch. after that my shoulder hurt and was so sore i couldnt even move it. my friend gave me some tiger balm. it helped alot. it gave my shoulder immediate relief and loosened everything up.i used it for a few days, and then took like 2 weeks off training to let myself heal well. tiger balm is very strong. i reccomend it.
also , wait till u are 100% healed up before getting back to ur routine, otherwise u will be prone to further injury.
