I agree with you guys, but to take a slightly deeper look at it the skater was looking for a fight. He wanted it and he was interviewing people for it and this poor sucker fell for the rouse and obliged him and the fight was on.
This is a perfect example of what we call the interview! The skater was looking for anyone to take the bait, when someone did, he sized him up and decided he could take him and went for the proverbial kill.
