Hey Guys im back and fighting fit it takes more then depression to get me beaten i fought and won against it and it took me a lot of strength and courage to find faith within myself once again when i felt so empty alone and lost it was unbearable emotional pain i hope i never have to feel ever again.
I had died inside and managed to find myself deep inside my mind and remember that true courage and strength comes from within yourself. Never give up carry on fighting even when the battle is with yourself and your emotions.

Thank you all for showing such care especially my bestest friend Michaelal Costa who is like my little sister we have been ebst friends fro 14 long and happy years, you helped me along the road to recovery and couldnt have done it without you.
