Yeah de-escalation ... rarely ever talked about isnt it?
It is mushy however - effective in a really interesting way. Makes the other person feel stupid yet you never know if they learned something from the experience.
Those type of people think everyone out to get them or else they just had a bad day at the office - who knows.
All I know is - in todays world if you can smile in the face of danger like Segal does in his movies -you have a rare gift!
