Hi, I was wondering if anybody could direct me to a book or a website, or anything, really, that goes into more detail about Muay Boran and Muay Kard Cheurk (sp? bareknuckle thai boxing like Lethwei from Burma). I'm interested in how the movements might change when dealing with bare fists, and how some of the other movements that are in the Thai Boxing arsenal aren't used too much now, i.e. those beatuiful vaulting attacks as seen in some of the photos on muaythai.com .
I really, REALLY want to incorporate that stuff into my next fight, Kickboxing, Muay, or NHB, because it just LOOKS so GOOD, only problem is, I don't know how to train it! dur.
