I use an upright bench with a support rack for the bar and a spotter on the military press. All other excercises are free weight.
My lifts:
Military press 155, 8 reps
Bench Press 225, 8 reps
Squat 385, 6 reps
Dang, military press 200 at 10 reps! You've got me motivated!!
