Default wrestling & boxing

People don't think of boxing and wrestling as martial arts because they aren't from Asia, but they are both very effective. They are both combat arts that require a great deal of athleticism and technique.

Their training methods are the best IMO.

1. You are constantly working on conditioning.
2. Everything you learn, you apply right away against a resisting opponent.

People critique boxing because of its lack of kicks, which is true but there are many dirty tricks that boxers can use for streetfighting - I won't go into it, but its true.

People critque wrestling because of its lack of subs, but if you can take someone down hard and fast on the concrete or into a wall, you may not have to do much more. What also seems good about wrestling is that you can control someone and not do damage if you think its the right thing to do.

Props to both arts. Otherwise stick with muay thai.

Hope this helps & good luck in your search for fight circuts!
