My last century phone modem only loaded the first 20 seconds, I saw two attempts at a "bent" arm bar ??? We can all second guess what might have worked better, that's why the clips are cool! Perhaps if he would have swept his foot and put him on the deck first...
Perhaps a bit more training with the grappling (range), eh? Resisting opponents should be standard but that officer obviously didn't have enough experience or confidence in his skill to apply that lock. SAD!
