Practical and effective in what context? Fighting, sport, what? Wrestling has finishing moves but judo is designed to injure and maim. So while they are similar they are also completely different

Can you please explain what this means in english. What is more reliable, what does that mean? I don't see the difference in complexity you refer to, wrestling is more complex than you give credit. But again, the two styles have different goals which is why there is a difference in complexity
