I once took a "body" guy to work on the farm.... For weeks on end he talked about his muscles and how strong he was and insisted it was not just for show... After about 45 minutes of throwing 75-90 lb bails of hay on the wagon he was done... his hands were blistered and his wind was gone. Then I offered him gloves! LOL He wasn't the only buffed muscle man to fall victim to my work ethic. Sent one up a hill packing (6) steel fence posts, he got so mad when I caught up that he threw them down and hurt himself.

My cousin "Tiny" is a competitive strong man and champion armwrestler. He can curl a few hundred pounds but even his arm will lock out with a good Jujigatame.
