I know what you mean. Work is different than muscle; you have to have some muscle to do work but just because you have muscle doesn't mean you can work.

I shovel snow in the winter. Cleared an area of about 700 sqft and 12" deep within 2 hours. Its probably not record time, but you put your legs and back into it and don't stop until the job's finished.
