do various types of jump roping--skip, 2 feet, 1 foot, run, etc.
do shuffling from side to side, and changing direction shuffling drills for 3 minute rounds for about 1/2 hour, set the timer on 30 sec intervals and when it goes of do a combo (jab/cross/teep) for that 3 min round thenc change... also dance!
