Good point but..
It is like saying your master (meaning somone that care about your improvement) will put the dollar sign to it..
I think a single rate is fair as you paid for it at the first place for it, if she/he charge you extra it might mean his/her teaching is faulty at the first place..
As a consumer, should you pay twice for the same service really?
If your car needs to go back again to the garage for fixing, would you pay again?
