I find that Grapplers with no top game .. learn strikes and it's off for them..
Learn how to stand up first and then work the floor.. I've boxed with alot of grapplers and they are clumzy stand up guys .. but dont get me wrong, BJJ is the best shit..
BJJ can defeat =boxing, muay thai, karate, etc..
Bjj can be defeated by = BJJ
if you have a striking base you know how to dodge, duck, foot work to kicks and knees.. Sprawl ..
ShootBoxe got the best fighters in my eyes cause there techniques specialize in beating the crap outta grapplers that try to play that spider guard shi.t ...
