wieght gain I fully agree with the lifting wieghts response. You need to lift accordingly to what you want. If you want to gain wieght eat lots of protien, chicken, steak, lots and lots of peanut butter. In between eating and wieght training work on punch and kick drills till your arms fall off and you can't stand up. I guarantee you will put on pure muscle mass and never lose an ounce of speed with an increase in power. |
