just did some really intense training over in the philippines and my hands calloused up for the first time in a couple of years we had some chinese herbal ointment that one of our instructors gave to us a couple of years ago which really did the trick in terms of reducing the pain. Some of the guys were actually using that new all clear spray on bandage to protect their hands giving the effected skin an extra layer. Didn't really work for me though.
