It's all in good fun of course, but never underestimate the benefits of a child that age learning that it's fun to exercise and train in for something....
It makes no difference to me if it's Muay Thai were doing or not. I love Muay Thai so that's what I'm going to show her first, but if it turns out that she wants to do something like basket weaving then we're going to have fun and train our butts off for it!
In all seriousness I want her exposed to as many things as possible, and Muay Thai is something most little girls aren’t ever exposed to.
