Tom Yum

A fella named Louiseau, trained in TKD, recently won an MMA match by successfully landing a spinning back kick. He executed it defensively against an overhand right - a common self-defense/sparring move taught in TKD. I've taken some heat for saying this, but a few fundamental TKD techniques, practiced repetitively in contact sparring, can work.
