The kick was a 6 out of 10 in form - it wasn't perfect, but when you're fighting you sometimes have to sacrifice form so long as the power is there.

This is a MMA match, so chances are the guy probably dabbles in TKD. The punch was a sloppy overhand, so the kick worked wonders.
