Default Going Old School

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good books, websites, videos, etc, that show any of the older muay forms, or any of the other south-east Asian (including Indian) "kickboxing" (i.e. standing) Styles.

I want to learn as much as I possibly can about; Muay Boran, Muay Chaiya, Muay Paak Klang, Muay Lopburi, Muay Ayuthaya, Muay Uttaradit, Muay Chaing Rai, Paak Eesaan/ Muay Korat, Muay Maa Yang, Lethwei, Kalarippyat, Yaw Yan, Krabbi Krabbrong, etc etc etc...

I'm also interested in the different techniques of different regional muay thai camps in Thailand, everything from different wrapping methods, variations in stances, ram muay, little nicities on how the strikes and prummbing vary...with as much detail as possible...even the old forms that practice solitary...almost, forms that look like kata...training methodologies (i.e. different ways of doing roadwork, bag work, pad work, and all different types of conditioning.)

I want to learn as much as I can about my art, and it's traditions, it's history, it's evolution, and everything about it. I love muay thai.
