Your best bet is to find a swordsmith on line and contact them directly with your quest for info/ tutoring in the craft.

There's a great bunch of guys at http://www.usualsuspect.net that will be happy to help ya out if you're serious about this. (membership is free and trial members have limited access)


Search for ABS bladesmiths in your area and see who's around. Maybe one of them will specialize in Katana forging?

There is a lack of this kind of info online...
