okay im done ...i promise...really man did you expect any less? have you read this forum? its far too easy to buy your own and someone elses bs in the martial world...i have about 30 years in the internal arts and have never seen anyone shoot sparks from any part of thier body....except on really cold days...after shufffling thier feet on the carpet...by all means practice your breathing and chi exercises but stay away from that yellow bamboo site....
