Sorry I know this post is several months old but I did train with Keith for some time and found him it to be one of the hardest trainings I have taken part in. As a Sifu he was great and although his methods are very much "old school" - by which I mean do what I say or leave. If you can handle it the knowledge he has to pass down to good students is valuable.
Students who have trained with him for many years will attest that in KF, Muay Thai, External and Internal training he is a true Sifu. I hope to train with him again in the very near future.
