all the things you say are the same things that I haven done. It could be my story.
I to must train for myself. Once awhile I can do some sparring with a friend off my but most of the time i train alone.
So I try to train as good as I can with all the knowledge that I have build up true all these years.
For martial arts that works good but with strengthtraining for martial arts its different.
Because not so many people train martial arts here were I live (in Holland). I am now 45 years and most off the people call you crazy when you say that you train that much.
So most of the information of strengthtraining I get from Internet.
But there are so many people with there own thoughts about training with weights for the martial arts.
One say to do H.I.T.-training, the other say to do Static Contraction Training, low reps, high reps etc. etc.
That makes me crazy sometimes because I dont have that knowledge myself.
So I can exactly understand how you try to keep in shape.
I am just the same. Tryiing to be in good in shape as possible.
