Yup, i guess it preety much the exercise part that keeps you from getting sick, but that doesn't mean you're immune. Hell, even talking brisk walks every day keeps you fit.
The basic premise is you keep the blood flowing so that all your organs function properly and that "bad" blood gets cleaned up in the kidneys and liver.
Its more than just mere exercise. You gotta have a healthy lifestyle too. There's not much use in doing 4 hours of Taebo a day when you're still eating at Mcdonalds 2 meals out of 3. Sleeping late too often is another thing that makes you get sick easily. Your body get weak and what would normally be no problem for your body suddenly makes you sick.

Then there's the other part of health, your genes. If you "ancestors" have always been plagued by illness(i mean more than the average person should get), chances are your immune system isn't going to be top notch either.
Alot also has to do with our upbringing. Nowadays we're constantly being brought up in sterilized enviroments. I don't mean just clean tables and hands, i mean sterilized as in you can count the numbers of germs with one hand. That makes a child grow up with a underdeveloped immune system, making him more prone to germs and diseases.
