im 6'0 without shoes i wiegh 138 after wrestling, around 145 normal (thats in lbs)
1. i wrestle every day
2. i box tuesday, thursday, and some saturdays
3. i do loads of pushups and pull ups and dips about 3-4 times a week
4. i do lots of ab work after boxing
not as big as i want to be i want to be around 160
