First, try and find out what days & spots that gym has available. Also find out what price that gym charges for renting their space, and liability issues. Once that's taken care of, setup a ma program that builds one's strength and cardio. (After 12 weeks, a student should see results). If you're a good teacher and trainer, you'll not only have good students, but you'll also bring more potential customers to their gym.

Good Luck!
