I used to drink like a pot of coffee a day until I found out it messes with your brain waves as far as concentration and focuse is concerned. It is also terrible for your lower abdomen and causes problems over an extended period of time. Knowing the side effects of coffee was enough motivation for me to cut back to two cups a day, thats one before each workout. Which I read can have positive effects on your workout.
