i believe the military addresses the fact you and your opponent SHOULD be armed...and hostile bad guys are on the way...also the military stresses losing means your life, not your title. torture and death await the soldier who loses a fight. "Better luck next time" with a slap on the back and a rule argument await the ring guy...big fucking difference...
