Like 3 or 4 of the guys in the UFC are TKD black belts. So go for it dude. But if judo is the only grappling you're going to have in your style I'd reconsider doing any MMA. Judo is good man, the throws are nice but some no gi total ground game style should be in your arsenal. You could do wrestling, or no gi JJ or BJJ. Your recipe for your style sounds like a pretty damn good one for stand-up but fighting off your back and keeping someone else on theirs are esential tools for every fighter.
