Yeah, It seemed as though they were just putting on an exihibition for the advertisement. Even with the Sport Ju-Jitsu the strikes and takedowns dont come that easy, being that I compete in those. But this was a very good video and I am impressed by it. If I lived near there, I would sign up. Looks like they offer a variety of different styles in a good training center.
