You can use over the counter drugs, but they will take longer. If you go to a doctor they can prescribe you stuff that is a lot stronger that will get it of it faster.

You said it's on your hand, but always make sure you wear a long sleeve rash guard and that your school takes good care ofits mats. When I got ringworm in the past it was before I was wearing rashguards and at a school that never washed the mats.
