the bath salt formula sounds great! and treelizard is right, jow is good for sore muscles but it excels at breaking up bruises and stagnation from impact injuries.
do you use the native american indian formulas or the chinese formulas?
i encountered some great old indian remedies in NM but you cant get the ingrediants here
PS by chance do you have a good source for green chili's?

..or herbal formulas?
