Question Elbow / Knee Wraps?

I had a similar discussion with some other members in another forum, and they also mentioned that elbows and knees tend to do 70 - 80 % of cuts in matches. Do you think there should be elbow and knee wraps? I know most fighters hate to lose due to a cut.
