We run one of the most active Savate organizations (after Buitron in TX) in the USA.

I can also hook you up with taped matches from France. I go there about every 6 months to train or get my ass kicked in a match.

Please Help! I'm looking for a tape of the Calleros vs Chouref fight that was on ESPN2 (ISKF WORLD WELTERWEIGHT Championship match from Italy).

Chouref is actually Savate champ as well and it was very annoying to hear the commentary guy show his ignorance (of different rule systems) when talking about Chouref standing in the corner during rounds.

"this is obviously a psychological tactic by Chouref..." and commenting on how "bad" it is.

In Savate matches, fighters stand in the corner in between rounds. Chouref has carried this over into this Muay Thai matches.
