I have a tendency to stress to bits over the simplist of mistakes. Then I end up getting annoyed with myself.

As for relaxing_ How do you relax at home? That's right - you must focus first on how you are going to set about relaxing...then you relax. So, and this is stated in Chi Gung(the one I learnt anyhoot), that first come's focus and then comes the relaxing. {then you realise Chi; then you direct Chi; then you rejuvenate Chi..it's a 5 step process!!
