Canada's Sandra 'Heart' Bastian takes on Thailand's Female Superstar Athlete Wirun 'Rung' Fongnom
Canada's Sandra 'Heart' Bastian (left) won a Silver Medal in the 2004 IFMA Amateur World Muaythai Championships in Bangkok, Thailand in November 2004. On April 8th, in preparation for the 2006 IFMA World Championships she takes on the biggest challenge of her career. Stepping into the ring in front of her will be Thailand Female Superstar Wirun 'Rung' Fongnom. 'Rung' has already won 2 IFMA World Titles and predicts that the Canadian girl will be "an easy fight". Bastian, a true warrior at heart does not agree. "I look forward to this, my toughest fight yet, but it will also be Rung's toughest match also!", said Bastian. "I will win this fight and then it will be time to go to Bangkok and win the 2006 IFMA's." EXPECT A WAR BETWEEN 2 OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD!
