BJJ all they way, you test your skills every class against every size guy of every skill level. No other martial art gives that kinda training on a daily basis. Go try them all and you'll see. I trained in Jeet Kune Do which switched to "the chuck norris system" not kidding. and it was a joke, we's stand at times at practice front kicks over plastic picnic chairs. I got me yellow belt after memorizing the "geicho hung eil bo sam gup" or some thing where you kick and punch and turn and then punch and kick and yell. it was such a joke
