nah, they need a grading like evry month or so 2 keep em motivated n 2 make em fink they are achievin sumat innit. if u leave it 2 long n spread teh gradings out 2 much then they will jus get bored n quit innit.
u need 2 make em fink they r actually gainin sumfin regular like. dat way they will keep throwin money at u innit.
